Kelsey Holland

President

Kelsey loves being involved in Roc City Rotary as it allows her to connect with new people she would not have met outside of Rotary. She also enjoys serving dozens of different nonprofits in and around Rochester.

Kelsey is a Senior Business Insurance Producer at Gusto.

As President, her focus is overseeing the board and keeping us on track with our initiatives and goals. She’s interesting in getting all members actively involved in service opportunities and improving the membership experience. She’s been a member since chartering in March of 2018.

Outside or Rotary, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband – Tony, baby – Cole and rescue pups – Belle and Buster. She loves to travel, read, try new restaurants, golf, and belt Broadway tunes like nobody’s listening.

Gretchen Bradley

Service Events Chair and Past President

“I really enjoy being part of Roc City and serving on the Board because I value community service and interacting with local organizations. I also like planning club activities and being part of an active membership.”

Gretchen is the Managing Director of the Here Comes Solar program at Solar One, an environmental education nonprofit whose mission is to design and deliver innovative education, training, and technical assistance that fosters sustainability and resiliency in diverse urban environments.

Within Roc City Rotary, Gretchen will plan the club’s monthly service events by partnering with local organizations to collaborate on service initiatives. As Past President, she will continue to be an ambassador for Roc City. Gretchen joined Roc City in 2022 and has held past Board roles such as Treasurer and President. She has been a Rotarian since 2018 and was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student to Bolivia in 2010-2011.

Outside of Rotary, Gretchen enjoys reading, crafting, and taking walks around her neighborhood. She’d like to visit as many National Parks as possible and has her sights set on Yellowstone and Grand Teton this year.

Caitlin Stafford

Membership Chair

“As Membership Chair of Roc City Rotary, I love having the opportunity to directly impact the growth of Roc City Rotary and help spread the word of how great this group is! The time we spend together as a club continues to amaze me, from our monthly meetings to service and social events, and even finding time for each other in our everyday social lives. I look forward to welcoming more members in to embrace our mission together in the Rochester community and beyond!”

Joe Savino

Social Events Chair

Joe is a Network Performance Manager at Helion, where he leverages his expertise to help healthcare providers enhance the member experience through improved quality outcomes and reduced total cost of care. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) certification, Joe brings a strategic and data-driven approach to performance improvement in healthcare networks.

Within ROC City Rotary, Joe is instrumental in planning and organizing social events that foster fellowship and build a strong sense of community among members. He believes that meaningful connections are the foundation of a vibrant and engaged club culture.

Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Joe enjoys traveling with his fiancé, attending live sporting events, and spending time outdoors with their dogs. He’s also a fan of live music and never misses a chance to enjoy a waterfront view.
