Gretchen Bradley

“I really enjoy being part of Roc City and serving on the Board because I value community service and interacting with local organizations. I also like planning club activities and being part of an active membership, it’s such a fun group to be a part of!”

Gretchen is the Director of Community Solar at Solar One, a NYC based non profit and joined Roc City in 2022. She has been a Rotarian since 2018 and was a Rotary Exchange Student to Bolivia from 2010-2011.

Grace Streicher

Service Events Chair

Grace is an appellate and trial support attorney at Harris Appeals, P.A., based out of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She has over a decade of litigation and clerkship experience. Before joining Harris Appeals, Grace served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester, and as a career clerk at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. Over the course of her clerkships, Grace drafted hundreds of orders, opinions, and bench memos. Before clerking, Grace practiced as a civil and commercial litigator in Boca Raton.

At Harris Appeals, Grace’s practice concentrates on appeals, dispositive and evidentiary motion practice, and research and writing support in state and federal court. She holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Ohio, and New York.

When not researching and writing, Grace enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking, dining out, taking fitness classes, and volunteering with Roc City Rotary.

Caitlin Stafford

Membership Chair

“As Membership Chair of Roc City Rotary, I love having the opportunity to directly impact the growth of Roc City Rotary and help spread the word of how great this group is! The time we spend together as a club continues to amaze me, from our monthly meetings to service and social events, and even finding time for each other in our everyday social lives. I look forward to welcoming more members in to embrace our mission together in the Rochester community and beyond!”

Joe Savino

Social Events Chair

Joe is a Network Performance Manager at Helion, where he leverages his expertise to help healthcare providers enhance the member experience through improved quality outcomes and reduced total cost of care. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) certification, Joe brings a strategic and data-driven approach to performance improvement in healthcare networks.

Within ROC City Rotary, Joe is instrumental in planning and organizing social events that foster fellowship and build a strong sense of community among members. He believes that meaningful connections are the foundation of a vibrant and engaged club culture.

Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Joe enjoys traveling with his fiancé, attending live sporting events, and spending time outdoors with their dogs. He’s also a fan of live music and never misses a chance to enjoy a waterfront view.

Kelsey Holland

Secretary

Kelsey’s Rotary journey began as a freshman in high school when she joined her high school’s Interact Club, sparking a lasting passion for service and community involvement. Building on that foundation, she co-founded Roc City Rotary in 2018—a dynamic young professionals club in Rochester, NY. The club was created to offer a fresh take on Rotary, with a focus on hands-on service projects and opportunities for personal and professional networking. Since its founding, Roc City Rotary has become a vibrant community of emerging leaders committed to making a difference locally and globally. Kelsey continues to play an active role in shaping the club’s direction and fostering meaningful connections through service.

Brooke Earl

Digital Engagement Chair

Brooke is a Senior Designer at DaVita Kidney Care, a global healthcare leader supporting patients with chronic kidney failure and end-stage kidney disease.

She joined Rotary in 2024 to connect with others who are passionate about service and making a positive impact locally.

“To me, Rotary is about service, integrity and working together to create meaningful change. Both in our communities and around the world.”

As Engagement Chair, Brooke manages Roc City Rotary’s social media and marketing efforts to help share the club’s mission and grow its impact.

Kyle Kelly

Treasurer

A proud member of Rotary since 2023, Kyle is dedicated to upholding the values of service, integrity, and fellowship. As Treasurer, he oversees the club’s budgeting, reporting, and financial planning, ensuring resources are used effectively to support the club’s many service projects and initiatives.

Kyle brings a strong background in financial services, supported by a decade of experience in the banking industry. Currently, Kyle works for ESL Federal Credit Union as a Business Banking Relationship Manager.

Outside of Rotary and his professional role, Kyle is an avid Buffalo Bills fan, golfer, fisherman, and BBQ grill master. Above all, he most enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsei and two Dalmatians, Opie and (Dawson) Knox.

Jeff Fabiny

Webmaster

“As the webmaster for Roc City Rotary, I manage our club’s online presence, making sure the website stays current and engaging. I thoroughly enjoy my role keeping our members connected and helping others discover what makes our club special! Outside of Rotary, I’m into woodworking and finding the best chicken wings!”
