How long have you been a member of Roc City Rotary?
I joined in the summer of 2021, just after the meetings were back in person.
Why did you join Roc City Rotary?
I was interested in volunteering in the community and meeting new people. My youngest brother was a Rotary exchange student, so I knew about Rotary. The fact that meetings are at a brewery certainly didn’t hurt!
What do you enjoy most about volunteering?
I enjoy getting out and working with a group to help others in the community. It’s also great to do something completely different from my normal day-to-day work and activities.
4 things you can’t live without?
Outside of the obvious (family, friends, my dog): A sunny porch or patio, a good book, a not-crazy schedule, the first cup of coffee
One thing you would tell your 13-year-old self, what would it be?
Hey bud, just want to let you know, life gets better after middle school.
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
So far, I’ve read the Lord of the Rings series at least five times. Wait… maybe that’s not surprising…
